Raizen is the main manufacturer of sugarcane ethanol in Brazil and the largest individual exporter of sugarcane in the international market; its activities span all different stages of its business, such as: sugarcane cultivation; sugar and ethanol production; energy cogeneration; logistics; fuel transportation and distribution; export; and fuel retail through service stations operating under the Shell brand.

Totally online, the selection involves individual tests, challenges, and interviews, with admission scheduled for January and February 2023. Throughout the application period, Raizen will hold live sessions on its YouTube channel to explain the selection process stages and present the company’s ways of operation.
