Raízen is the main manufacturer of sugarcane ethanol in Brazil and the largest individual exporter of sugarcane in the international market, its activities encompass all the different stages of its business, such as: sugarcane cultivation; sugar and ethanol production; energy cogeneration; logistics; transportation and distribution of fuels; export; and retail of fuels through service stations operating under the Shell brand.

Internship Program Benefits: Remuneration of R$ 1,417.50 for students in the penultimate year; Remuneration of R$ 1,517.50 for students in the final year, with a workload of 30 hours per week. Paid vacation; Transportation allowance of R$ 160.00; Meal voucher or on-site cafeteria; Life insurance; Medical assistance; Flexible hours; Shell Select store in the São Paulo and Piracicaba offices; Gymnastics twice a week; Intern’s Trail; Raiz League; Raízen University.

Requirements: University students from all courses; Expected graduation within a year (at least); Availability to intern for at least 6 hours a day or 30 hours a week.

Trainee Program

Trainee Program Benefits: Paid vacation; Meal voucher or on-site cafeteria; Food voucher; Life insurance; Medical assistance; Profit-sharing according to the rules of the area (VP) in which they are allocated. R$ 7,000.00 per month.

Requirements: Individuals from any location; Graduation in any course and college, between January 2019 and December 2020; It’s important for you to have availability for relocation and travel; English is not a mandatory prerequisite.
