Job Openings for Personnel Administration Analyst – Indaiatuba (SP)
- Requirements: Completed higher education in Administration, Human Resources, or related areas; Knowledge of Labor Legislation (CLT); Office Package (minimum basic/intermediate Excel); Desirable knowledge in the TOTVS Protheus system; Experience with large volumes in monthly payroll processing and 13th salary, issuing reports, applying salary adjustments, controlling and scheduling vacations, calculating vacations, resignations and averages, issuing unemployment insurance, as well as experience in providing payment authorizations, analyzing bank inconsistencies, and calculations/issuances of charges.
- Responsibilities: Perform calculations and reviews of events in monthly payroll processes, biweekly advances, and 13th salary in the system; Make monthly entries, as well as import variable files into the system; Generate reports of monthly, net, union, and beneficiary entries; Apply salary adjustments by base date; Control and schedule employee vacations, monitoring their acquisition and granting periods; and others.

- Requirements: Technical course in Accounting; Desirable that you are currently studying or have already completed a degree in Accounting Sciences; Experience in accounting reconciliations; Intermediate Excel. A positive differential will be passing the CFC exam (Federal Council of Accounting) and knowledge in SPED EFD Contributions, ECD, and ECF.
- Responsibilities: Execute activities related to accounting entries, including verification of debit and credit accounts and reconciliations, as well as analytical and synthetic; Import accounting data from the system, prior to the start of reconciliations; Perform accounting reconciliations after data imports, generating accounting reports, and cross-checking with extra-accounting reports, pointing out and correcting any differences, using the system and spreadsheets as tools; and more.

- Requirements: Technical course in Instrumentation, Electronics, and/or Automation; Active CFT; Proven experience as a crane instrument technician and in crane maintenance; CBSP and HUET.
- Responsibilities: Perform corrective maintenance of Instrumentation (LIT), transmitter, and level indicator when the tank levels exceed the allowed limit, cleaning or replacing the instrument if damaged, to avoid discarding raw materials; Perform corrective maintenance of Instrumentation (PIT), transmitter, and pressure indicator if the pressure is below or above what is allowed for the equipment, replacing necessary components; Perform corrective maintenance of Instrumentation (TIT), transmitter, and temperature indicator when the equipment temperature is below or above what is allowed, removing the sensor and checking for defects; among others.
