Purchasing Assistant

• Experience in the role as a purchasing assistant.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Ease with systems.

Administrative Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields.
• Experience in team management and administrative areas,
• Personnel Department, Supplies, Fiscal, and Financial. Experience in the Personnel Department is mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience with Labor and Social Security Legislation.
• Knowledge of the Integrated Protheus System.
• Intermediate level in the Office Suite, especially in Excel.
• Willingness to travel.

Occupational Safety Administrative Assistant – QSMA

• Pursuing or completed Technical degree in Occupational Safety.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Systemic and technological skills.

Lean Leader (Continuous Improvement) – Brazil Level

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or Administration.
• Experience in Project Management; acting as an internal consultant specialized in LEAN Construction; developing, implementing, and controlling the continuous improvement program; training teams and other related tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Full availability for travel to work on projects in other regions (Cities/States) across Brazil.

Statistics Management Analyst – Sales Budgets

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields/Desirable: Post-graduation.
• Knowledge in statistics, financial planning, accounting, and taxes.
• Intermediate/Advanced English.
• Mandatory: Advanced Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Mandatory: Intermediate Power BI.

Tax Assistant

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting.
• Knowledge or proficiency in the Protheus system will be a differentiator.
• Basic proficiency in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email, and Teams).

Personnel Administration Analyst

• Experience in processing high-volume payroll.
• Degree in Administration or related fields (currently studying).
• Knowledge of Labor Legislation (CLT).
• Knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Cost Analyst

• Mandatory: Advanced Excel.
• Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
• Desirable: Advanced English.
• Knowledge in Power BI will be a differentiator.
