Samsung Launched A New Selection Process To Fill Entry-Level Positions For Students In São Paulo. These Are Opportunities For Various Fields, With Salaries Of R$ 3 Thousand.

Samsung, a South Korean company with nearly a century of existence, announced this Friday (25) the opening of a new selection process with entry-level positions for students residing in São Paulo. This is a unique opportunity for those looking to enter the job market and learn in a company that is a leader in the technology sector.

Those interested in participating in the selection process must reside in the state of São Paulo and be pursuing fields related to Administration, Social Communication, Economics, Law, Advertising, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology, and International Relations.

The Samsung internship program will last for 24 months, starting in January 2024, with entry-level positions available for a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days in home office.

Details About The Internship At The Samsung Marketing And Sales Office

The internship at Samsung Electronics’ Marketing and Sales office will last for 2 years and aims to develop young professionals capable of working in a dynamic, multicultural, and innovative environment.

In addition to the application, the selection process for entry-level positions consists of English tests, cultural fit assessments, and logic tests, as well as interview stages with consultancy, group dynamics, and a final interview with the managers of each position and the human resources team.

The requirements for the selection process include knowledge of the complete Office suite, availability of six hours (Monday to Friday), and graduation expected to be completed by December 2025.

The entry-level positions are for work at the Samsung office in the Morumbi area in São Paulo, and applications for the internship program must be submitted through Samsung’s career website by September 25, 2023.

Upon completion of the selection process, approved candidates will receive, during the program, benefits such as health and dental plans, Gympass, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Parking, Transportation Voucher, and a monthly stipend of R$ 2,500. The program also offers a stipend of R$ 3,000 in the 13th and 24th months of the candidate’s tenure at the company.

Those approved for the entry-level positions will receive guidance and a training and development track consisting of a full week of integration to understand the business, relevant technical training, and lectures with business area leaders to develop key skills for success in the company.

Additionally, there will be checkpoints with the human resources department and performance evaluations throughout the program, allowing for adjustments based on feedback to construct individual development action plans.
