Santander Will Select Recent Graduates from All Fields. The Best Performers Will Receive Scholarships for Courses at Babson College in Boston.
Banco Santander launches its 2019 traineeship program. The bank is looking for recent graduates who completed their degrees from December 2017 onwards or university students who will graduate by December 2019, from any Brazilian university and field of knowledge.
The process, which will be conducted in partnership with Cia de Talentos, aims to select committed professionals willing to face challenges and who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates must demonstrate genuine attention in human relationships, which requires a profile of serving, caring, being close, and being attentive to others.

The selection process will be divided into five stages. The first (application) and second stages will involve the candidate in the online selection journey. The third stage includes an interview and online group dynamics, while the final two stages will focus on deepening knowledge about Santander, with in-person business cases. Important: transportation costs for the final stages are the responsibility of Banco Santander.
Between 20 and 30 candidates will be selected, who will start activities in December of this year. Previous professional experience is not required. The program lasts for 12 months. Admitted candidates will participate in actions with technical and behavioral content and will undergo job rotation working on strategic projects. Always under the coordination of HR and with support from bank executives who will act as mentors.
Currently, the bank has 30 trainees selected in 2018. The top five performers during the program will receive a Scholarship for a one-week course at Babson College in Boston, scheduled for July 2020.
