Santander will select newly graduated candidates from all areas. The best performers will receive a scholarship to study at Babson College in Boston.
Santander launches the 2019 trainee program. The bank is looking for recent graduates who have completed the course as of December 2017 or university students who graduate by December 2019, from any Brazilian university and field of knowledge.
The process, which will be carried out in partnership with Cia de Talentos, will seek to select committed professionals, willing to face obstacles and who have an entrepreneurial spirit. The candidate will need to demonstrate genuine attention in human relationships, which requires a profile of serving, caring, being close and paying attention to the other.

The selection process will be divided into five stages. The first (registration) and second stage, which already inserts the candidate into the online selection journey. The third involves an interview and online group dynamics, and the final two stages will focus on deepening knowledge about Santander, with face-to-face business cases. Important: travel costs for the last stages are the responsibility of Banco Santander.
Between 20 and 30 candidates will be selected, who will start activities in December of this year. It is not necessary to have previous professional experience. The program lasts for 12 months. Those admitted will participate in actions with technical and behavioral content and will perform job rotation with work in strategic projects. Always coordinated by HR and supported by Bank executives who will act as mentors.
The Bank currently has 30 trainees selected in 2018. The five with the best performance during the program will receive a scholarship for a one-week course at Babson College, in Boston, scheduled for July 2020.
Benefits
Those approved have a salary of R$ 6.700,00 and benefits such as health and dental plans, meal and food vouchers, profit sharing, private pension plan, among others.
