The internship opportunities are for students of both technical and higher education courses. It is worth noting that several benefits are offered to selected candidates.
Candidates will have the chance to undergo various levels of technical and behavioral training throughout the program, as well as the opportunity to develop and present an impactful project in their area of work.

To apply for the Scania internship program, candidates must be enrolled from the first semester of a higher education or technical course and have availability of at least 4 hours daily and a minimum of 20 hours weekly. Additionally, Scania expects candidates to have knowledge of the Office suite, and the level of English will depend on the chosen position. The positions are for the municipality of São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo.

Furthermore, the candidate admission process will be divided into five stages, which are:
- Applications, which will last until May 18;
- Online test;
- Interview with the Internship Company;
- Presentation panel and interview with managers;
- Start date in August 2022.
