The Brazilian Service of Support to Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae), in partnership with the Foundation for Research, Teaching, Technology and Culture Support (Fapetec), has just opened applications for a selection process for the selection of Local Innovation Agents (ALI) in the Productivity category. There are five openings, one for immediate start and four for a reserve list. The opportunity promises a scholarship worth R$ 5,000!

How to Apply

Applications for the selection process are open until October 28, at 6 PM. The process is entirely online and can be done through the Fapetec portal. To apply, simply go to the “Selection Unit” section, click on “Selection Processes,” select “Selection Process SEBRAE/ES – ALI 01/2024,” and follow the details in the announcement. And the best part: there is no application fee!

Prerequisites for Candidates

To apply for the Agent positions, it is necessary to have a degree in one of the following courses recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC): Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Commercial Management, among others. In addition, candidates must prove at least six months of experience in management, entrepreneurship, or administration of small businesses.

Process Stages

The selection process for Agents will be divided into three stages:

1st Knowledge Assessment;

2nd Curricular and Document Analysis;

3rd Skills and Profile Assessment.

The companies have a duration of up to 30 months and activities include identifying for the project, applying methodologies, and conducting diagnostics. The course is for the municipality of Guarapari, in Espírito Santo!
