Details of Trainee Opportunities for Candidates With No Experience in Bahia
The necessary prerequisites for this trainee position at Sebrae in the state of Bahia are: Completed higher education recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) in any area of study, with graduation occurring between January 2017 and the date of the call for contract signing. Being approved and classified in the Selection Process; Minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years; Having physical and mental fitness for the performance of the job duties; Presenting the necessary documentation to prove schooling and requirements outlined in the notice; Having Brazilian nationality or equivalent; Being in full enjoyment and exercise of political rights; Meeting the other requirements contained in the notice.

The selection process will include an objective test and interview. Those selected in the Sebrae trainee selection process will remain for six months in the Training Program, with an initial salary of 50% of the first level of the Technical Analyst I career (R$ 2,266.36). After four months, they will receive a salary of 70% of the position value (R$ 3,172.90). The last two months will be at a salary equivalent to the Technical Analyst I career (R$ 4,532.72), plus benefits.
Activities to Be Developed by Professionals Selected in the Sebrae Trainee Program in Bahia
The hiring of those selected by Sebrae will be for a fixed term – a period of 1 (one) year, which may be renewed only once for an equal period, depending on the Trainee’s performance, assessed through evaluations that are part of the Training Program, the availability of positions, and the suitability to the profile established by the areas.
Location of the selected inexperienced professionals in the Sebrae trainee program in the state of Bahia: The Trainee Program will be carried out in the Headquarters Units, Regional Units, or Service Agencies in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador or the interior of the State, as defined in the Work Plans and according to the Rotations provided by the Program, as per the distribution below:
- Introductory Training – will be held online or in person at Sebrae Headquarters;
- 1st and 2nd Rotations – will be held in an Organizational Unit of Sebrae Headquarters and/or Regional Unit;
- 3rd Rotation (On-the-Job Training) – will be held in an Organizational Unit of Headquarters, Regional Unit, or Agency where the Trainee will be assigned until the end of the Program.
