The new Panda, which may give rise to the new Fiat Argo, is a compact SUV with a robust design and boxy lines. It shares the CMP platform with the Citroen C3, but with a more aggressive and imposing look.

The design of the new Panda resembles the first generation of the model, popular in Europe. It has square headlights with pixel-style lighting, a tall front grille, and 17-inch wheels in the top versions. The rear is tall and robust, with vertical taillights and a black bar.

Interior And Equipment

The interior of the new Panda has not yet been revealed, but it is expected to be simple and functional, with digital instruments and a 10-inch multimedia center. The interior space will be suitable for four passengers, and the trunk will have a capacity of about 380 liters, larger than the current Argo.

The new Fiat Argo is expected to bring modern equipment such as six airbags, dual-zone air conditioning, electronic parking brake, rain and dusk sensors, wireless cellphone charger, and pedestrian detection with autonomous emergency braking.

Engine

In Europe, the new Fiat Panda will have hybrid and electric powertrains. In Brazil, the new Argo is expected to maintain the 1.0 Flex aspirated engine with 75 horsepower and the 1.3 Flex aspirated engine with 107 horsepower. There is also a possibility of mild hybrid versions.

Launch And Price

The new Fiat Argo is expected to be unveiled in 2026, with manufacturing in Betim, Minas Gerais, on the new CMP platform. Prices are expected to start at around R$ 85,000 but may vary until the launch.
