Senai Opens Over 280 Slots in Free Technical Courses With Guaranteed Certificate

Senai Bahia Has Just Opened Hundreds of Free Course Slots with Certification for Various Areas. Young People Aged 14 to 21 Can Participate in the Selection Process.

Senai Bahia is now accepting applications for 288 slots in free basic industrial apprenticeship courses. The opportunities, which include a certificate, are for young people between the ages of 14 and 21 who are in the 9th grade of elementary school or have completed high school.

The offered courses will be held in the format of face-to-face classes at Senai Bahia  facilities or partner institutions:

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

• Start of classes: 10/02/2023;
• Prerequisites: 18 to 21 years old.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

• Start of classes: 10/18/2023;
• Prerequisites: 14 to 21 years old.

RUBBER PROCESS OPERATOR

• Start of classes: 10/02/2023;
• Prerequisites: 18 to 21 years old.

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

• Start of classes: 10/16/2023;
• Prerequisites: 18 to 21 years old.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

• Start of classes: 10/16/2023;
• Prerequisites: 18 to 21 years old.

QUALITY ANALYSIS INSPECTOR

• Start of classes: 09/25/2023;
• Prerequisites: 18 to 21 years old.

The 288 slots in free courses will be available in the municipalities of Salvador (Cimatec Unit), Alagoinhas, Feira de Santana, Camaçari, Lauro de Freitas, Simões Filho, and Vitória da Conquista. The selection process will be conducted under the supervision of the Senai Bahia Selection Committee.

Enrollment in the selection process for free courses implies acceptance of all provisions expressed in the Notice. The courses will be held in the morning and afternoon shifts, under the responsibility of the institution’s Units, with classes taking place from Monday to Friday during the course period.

The training may take place at the Senai Bahia facilities or at the facilities of partner institutions, which will be disclosed at the time of enrollment. It is important to highlight that approval in the course requires that the student achieves a final average score of 7 or higher and presents a minimum attendance of 75% to ensure certification.

Requirements and Enrollment in Free Courses with Certification

Those interested in the courses with certification must be duly registered in the Selection Process, meet the age and education requirements mentioned, and must not be enrolled in any basic or technical industrial apprenticeship courses, upgrades, or free professional qualification courses from Senai, including those arising from social or governmental programs, at the time of enrollment for the courses stated in the notice.

The registration for the selection process for the courses is completely free, and must be done exclusively online. Registrations are open from September 1 to 15. At the time of registration, the following documents will be required:

• Candidates with disabilities must present a medical report certifying the type and degree or level of the disability;
• Identity Card (RG) or National Driver’s License (CNH) with photo or
• Passport issued by the Federal Police or Work and Social Security Card
• (CTPS), front and back;
• Certificate of completion or school transcript, front and back, as per the educational requirement of
• the courses listed in ANNEX I;
• Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF);
• Proof of residence (updated).

Understand How the Candidate Selection Will Work

Enrollment confirmation will follow the order of registration, limited to the number of slots offered by the responsible unit, course, and chosen shift.

Following the order of enrollment and the limit of available places, candidates who meet the educational and age requirements, as well as present the documents required in the notice, will have their enrollments confirmed.

In case of non-compliance with the specified requirements or absence of document presentation, the application will be canceled and new enrollments will be conducted.
