Parece muito bonito mas me expliquem estas 220 horas por mês. 8 hs de 2a a sábado dividido por 21 dias úteis são mais de 10 horas por dia. Os extras são acrescidos como horas extras ? Dá direito a 1 hora de almoço e 15 minutos para ir ao banheiro?
