New Sesi Notice Offers 6,000 Slots in Free Online Courses. Aimed at Students Who Wish to Complete Basic Education, the Free Courses Are Also Focused on Specific Areas.
The Social Service of Industry in São Paulo (Sesi-SP) offers 6,000 slots in two free online courses for those who wish to complete Basic Education and did not have the opportunity to finish it. The slots are for free courses in New Education for Youth and Adults (Nova EJA) and Professionalizing EJA. In this article, we will detail everything about SESI’s online courses.

By increasing your education through SESI’s online courses, students will also be better prepared to seek job promotions, assume other positions, and participate confidently in selection processes, increasing their employability. It is worth noting that classes take place at the hubs of the Unified Educational Centers (CEUs) in the capital of São Paulo.
Both free courses are aimed at young people and adults aged 18 and older who did not have the opportunity to complete high school at the appropriate age. The free online course classes are offered 80% in a distance format on a virtual platform that can be accessed 24 hours a day, and 20% in in-person meetings.
In the professional training modality, it is possible to choose vocational training courses, including: Warehouseman, HR Assistant, Quality Control Assistant, Production Controller and Programmer, Custom Dressmaker, Fashion Designer, Quality Inspector, and Computer Operator. The high school modality lasts 1,200 hours and the qualification courses total 240 hours. In professional EJA, the methodology and matrices are integrated.
Learn How to Participate in the Free Courses
Enrollment in the free courses is done online until January 24, 2025. To sign up for the SESI online courses, you must attach digital copies of your ID, CPF, proof of address, and school history. Classes will begin in February at 20 CEUs, depending on the number of enrolled students.
This offer is the result of a partnership established between the two institutions, strengthening the commitment to social responsibility, providing quality education for all seeking to complete their basic education and, consequently, expanding professional opportunities in the market.
Each hub will offer about 300 slots in free courses, totaling 6,000 benefited students. The hubs are located in the CEUs: Água Azul, Alto Alegre, Alvarenga, Aricanduva, Caminho do Mar, Campo Limpo, Capão Redondo, Casa Blanca, Cidade Dutra, Feitiço da Vila, Guarapiranga, Navegantes, Paraisópolis, Parelheiros, São Mateus, Três Lagos, Três Pontes, Vila Rubi, Tiquatira, and Sapopemba.
Selection Stages
The Nova EJA enables students to complete their basic education, both in the final years of Primary Education and in High School. Remember that to attend Primary Education, you must be at least 15 years old and for High School, at least 18 years old.
In the virtual learning environment, you will have access to educational material, send your questions, and participate in synchronous meetings (in real time), where you can interact with tutor teachers and other students.
In the in-person meetings, students will undergo knowledge recognition, supported by a teacher in the development of Pedagogical Projects. They will have access to the libraries and computer labs of SESI-SP school units for research or participating in cultural events.
