Shell is seeking young people aged 20 to 34 in Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo who develop their own businesses and who can, through a free acceleration program, count on a team of volunteers, partners, and experienced mentors to enhance their business. Jobs available, Oil and Energy Company – PHG Service, earns two contracts from Petrobras for maintenance at the REDUC refineries in RJ and RECAP in SP

Entrepreneurs whose proposals are selected by the Evaluation Committees will receive the amounts requested in their proposals according to the registered category, ranging from R$ 30,000.00 (thirty thousand reais) to R$ 60,000.00 (sixty thousand reais) each.

The selection process will be conducted in two stages: analysis and evaluation committee. In the analysis stage, which is eliminatory, it will be observed whether the proponent meets all eligibility criteria and requirements set forth in the notice. Regarding the Evaluation Committee, after the analysis, participants will be called to present via an online platform, with at least one representative of the solution, their proposal to a panel of experts, on a platform, date, and time to be announced.

Each proponent will have 10 (ten) minutes to defend their idea before the panel, which will select the 10 (ten) proposals. At the beginning of September, we will learn about the approved actions that will be developed until the end of this year.
