Shopee opens hundreds of positions across Brazil for temporary and permanent roles, with salaries of up to R$ 5,300 and opportunities in the Young Apprentice Program.

Shopee, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the country, announced the opening of more than 10,000 job vacancies in different states and cities in Brazil.

The opportunities include temporary and permanent positions, mainly aimed at strengthening the company’s logistics operations during one of the busiest times of the year.

The hiring is concentrated in strategic cities, both in the capitals and in the countryside, especially in regions of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Sul, Goiás, Ceará, and Pará.

According to Shopee, the volume of vacancies more than doubled compared to 2024, reflecting expectations for accelerated growth in online shopping at the end of the year.

“The shopping season drives the market and the economy, as well as creating opportunities for thousands of professionals. We are committed to responsibly expanding our teams and always ensuring the best experience for our users,” stated Karina Hartung, Head of People at Shopee.

Salaries and Requirements

The offered salaries range from R$ 1,500 to R$ 5,300, depending on the position. To participate, candidates must have completed elementary education, be available to work in different shifts, and possess a committed and proactive profile.

Previous experience in logistics or similar roles is considered an advantage during the selection process.

The opportunities are primarily aimed at the logistics sector, which is essential to support the high volume of deliveries during campaigns like 11.11 – The Biggest Sale of the Year, Black Friday, and Christmas.

Young Apprentice Program

At the same time, Shopee has also opened registrations for the Young Apprentice Program, which targets young people between 18 and 21 years who have completed or are currently pursuing high school.

The program is available in several states across the country and requires availability for morning or afternoon shifts.

The selection process includes stages such as profile analysis, interviews with managers, and admission. Registrations are open until the end of October on the company’s official website.
