For its home office vacancies, Shopee is looking for young people who are currently attending high school or have already graduated, aged between 17 and 24 years. The ideal candidate for the Young Apprentice program should be available to work in person at its office in São Paulo, dedicating 6 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, with one day reserved for theoretical activities in collaboration with ESPRO.
Approved apprentices will have the opportunity to assist in administrative activities and provide support to various internal areas according to demand. Home office participants will start working at Shopee from May 2024, with a workload of 6 hours a day, in a hybrid work model, with a minimum of three days per week in person, in the city of São Paulo.
