Full Specialist – Cuiabá (MT)
The opportunity is to work as a Full Specialist in the Writing area, based in the Content Production Management of SESI, in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. The role requires advanced proficiency in the Portuguese language, fluency in textual correction, and solid experience in producing materials for training, courses, and educational projects.
The professional will be responsible for activities ranging from the creation of educational texts, application of storytelling and copywriting, to the adaptation of technical content into accessible language for the target audience of the actions promoted by SESI.
In addition, this specialist will play a fundamental role in the pedagogical structuring of learning paths, working in sync with active methodologies, principles of andragogy, and supported by modern technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence in textual processes.

Requirements for the Position
To apply for the position, a complete higher education in Language (Bachelor’s degree) is required, with a desirable postgraduate degree in Linguistics or related areas to the use of language. Required experience includes involvement in educational projects, textual correction, creation and adaptation of educational materials, and the use of active methodologies.
Also required are: mastery of textual linguistics, storytelling techniques, use of AI tools, knowledge of copyright laws, familiarity with LMS platforms, and proficiency in the Office Suite. A valid driver’s license (category B), availability for travel, and preferably, for working on weekends complete the desired profile.
