The new tool integrates and optimizes processes, from calculations to the issuance of reports with cross-referenced data, minimizing waste and ensuring greater efficiency in production. It is worth noting that the tool is aimed at organizations with an annual revenue exceeding R$ 100 million. SPS Group already has a consolidated history of success with specific solutions for manufacturing, such as PlantScanner, a tool geared towards small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial sector.
This experience was crucial for the development of SPS EMM, which now seeks to serve larger companies, offering a more robust and comprehensive solution. The solution is configured for various sectors of manufacturing, from the chemical industry to the food industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Technological Innovations and Cost Reduction
With features that include AI (Artificial Intelligence) resources, the solution covers everything from productive management, finance, quality, warehousing, and maintenance, to organizational structure, supplies, planned integrations, and sales and billing control. Additionally, the solution promotes an agile implementation, reducing the total project time by around 30%, and allowing for a financial savings of approximately 40%. To achieve this goal, the company plans to intensify its partnership with SAP even further and invest in marketing actions to reach companies in the manufacturing sector that are or intend to migrate with GROW with SAP, presenting SPS EMM as a key ally.
