Activities:
- Be responsible for safety routine inspections, guidance, and training for all execution teams in the company, aiming at strict compliance with safety standards established by legislation;
- Monitor and guide employees on working conditions, specifying the type of PPE to be used and instructing them on its correct use;
- Identify unsafe conditions present on the site and propose measures that could eliminate or reduce them.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in Work Safety;
- Solid experience in construction projects for transmission lines with voltage equal to or greater than 230 kV;
- Experience in expansion projects and construction of substations;
- Knowledge of regulatory norms NR5, NR7, NR-9, NR-10, NR12, NR23, NR35.
Supervisor for Transmission Lines
Activities:
- Prepare and send to interested parties the documentation concerning transmission line activities;
- Plan the maintenance activities for transmission lines;
- Supervise/execute maintenance activities on energized transmission lines and substations.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge in maintenance of energized transmission lines and substations;
- Minimum category B driver’s license;
- Knowledge in construction and maintenance of transmission lines;
- Knowledge of live line techniques.
Activities:
- Fully comply with the R&D procedures defined by ANEEL;
- Manage Researchers, contracts, and other human or material resources allocated to the Company’s Research and Development Projects, aiming for the success of the projects;
- Specify the drafts of Research Project contracts.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in project management and time management;
- Solid knowledge in software development in languages such as C#, PHP, Javascript, Python, Dax/PBI, Deep Learning Framework, GitHub, Databases;
- Knowledge of ANEEL Research and Development Procedure.
Activities:
- Effectively supervise the installation services of Transmission Lines and Substations;
- Ensure full compliance with the approved project regarding dimensions/quantity/quality;
- Ensure that the services performed in the field comply with current technical standards, technical procedures, and safety protocols of Taesa.
Requirements:
- Experience in supervising high voltage transmission lines and/or substations;
- Experience in similar construction works;
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and spreadsheets;
- Knowledge of the Office Suite.
