Requirements to Apply for the Positions

Previous experience in a call center with technical support will be considered a differential.

It will be necessary to have a computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher, an Intel Core i3 processor (5th generation or higher), 8 GB of RAM, among other technical requirements, including a USB headset, HD camera, and wired internet of 50 Mbps or more.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Consultant

The professionals hired by Teleperformance will work in customer service (SAC) and technical support, via voice and email, using monitoring tools and ticket management.

Among the activities are:

Remote diagnosis of equipment installed at the user’s home;

Technical guidance to customers regarding services and products;

Mediation between the customer and support areas;

Follow-up on occurrences and resolution of inquiries.

The work schedule is 6×1, with a daily shift of 6 hours and 20 minutes, from 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM.

The Teleperformance positions are available to candidates residing in one of the cities listed in the following states:

Northeast: Maceió (AL), Fortaleza, Eusébio, Maracanaú and São Gonçalo do Amarante (CE), São Luís (MA), João Pessoa (PB), Recife, Olinda, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, São Lourenço da Mata (PE), Teresina (PI), Natal, Parnamirim and Goianinha (RN);

North: Manaus (AM), Belém and Barcarena (PA);

Southeast: Various cities in Rio de Janeiro (such as Niterói, Duque de Caxias, São Gonçalo, and the capital) and São Paulo (including Campinas, Guarulhos, Osasco, Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo capital, among others).
