In total, the Teleperformance selection process includes 50 job vacancies for the position of Interaction Expert focused on customer retention for their team. Experience in customer service is also necessary, preferably in retention, excellent communication, empathy, and proactivity, the ability to work under pressure and in a remote environment, availability to work on a 6×1 schedule from 2:40 PM to 9 PM, with cyclical days off, residence in one of the cities listed in the job description, and a computer or laptop meeting minimum hardware and internet requirements. The company is looking for an Interaction Expert to delight customers and prevent cancellations.

Those approved in the selection process to fill home office job vacancies at Teleperformance will be responsible for assisting customers who wish to cancel the toll service, using their “cool” personality to create a unique and positive experience.

Analyze customer needs and offer customized solutions and offers to retain them, utilize your communication and persuasion skills to reverse cancellations and ensure customer satisfaction, and work in a team, collaborating with colleagues and leaders to achieve the best results.
