The main award, which received the Gold Medal at Agritechnica Innovation 2022, was the development of an agricultural production that globally innovates and holistic systems based on a high-range interchangeable transport vehicle powered by electricity.
Exactly that, the “all-in-one tractor” that takes care of all the work stages, from soil cultivation to seeding, crop protection, and even harvesting.
For all this to occur, the necessary machine technology in each box can be installed modularly in the tractor system, through a quick exchange system; an additional and separate rolling material is no longer necessary.
This is due to the constant working width (6-24 m), with a new crop production system also ensuring the use of total Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF) and is prepared for full automation.

The expansion of greenhouses in southern Canada has become so intense that it has changed the appearance of the soil and even the nighttime glow of the region, transforming Ontario into one of the most visible agricultural hubs in North America from space.

Almost nobody imagines it, but farmers in Tunisia grow food in the sand and make the roots drink fresh water that floats on top of seawater in an agricultural system considered unique in the world.

More than 20,000 km² of wheat fields form nearly perfect lines and geometric shapes in Montana, creating an agricultural pattern so symmetrical that the landscape looks like an abstract artwork visible from space.

A new law being voted on in Brazil proposes a minimum fare of R$ 10 per trip and R$ 2.50 per kilometer for Uber and 99 drivers, and promises to ensure they earn as well as taxi drivers did during the golden age of taxis in the country.
With the so-called “next revolution,” this machine was one of the major awardees at Agritechnica 2022, being the largest fair in the world for technology and agricultural engineering, which still takes place in Hanover, in the northern part of Germany. In the Nexat-Systemtractor, all the tools for farm work are transported instead of being pulled as usual, and to switch functions/modules, one person can easily do it alone, taking less than 10 minutes.
All this further increases efficiency compared to tractor combinations. In a 14-meter version, 95% of all cultivable area never suffers from compaction, especially due to the system, which opens up high yield potential with some good soil and environmental protections, in addition to having the machine’s weight be lower, up to 40% less.
This working machine was designed to be autonomous, still without an operator, with a system of various sensors that assess the environment and also a cabin that can be rotated up to 270º for monitoring the entire process.
It is also still possible to have manual control of the vehicles during the entire transport. These integrated devices are housed between the four other belt units that are electrically powered and which can be rotated up to 90º for road travel. The machine is electric.
At present, the generators are still powered by two diesel engines of about 550 hp, which are controlled independently, but the system is already more than prepared for operation with fuel cells, using green hydrogen. Thus, CO2 emissions are 50% lower.
See below:
With this integrated harvesting module, the machine achieves a grain yield of 130 to 200 tons/hour. With this new threshing concept, an axial rotor of 5.8 m in length is used, which is arranged transversely to the direction of travel. This achieves about twice the performance of conventional machine threshing and also creates the conditions for this uniform distribution of straw with two choppers and the same cutting width of 14 m.
