In 2024, Brazil will experience a true architectural revolution with the construction of some of the tallest skyscrapers under construction in Brazil in 2024. If before the tallest buildings in the world were concentrated in the Middle East or Asia, now, our country is starting to fight for its space in the sky with an impressive list of new developments. And when we talk about height, luxury and innovation, we are not just exaggerating – these buildings are literally going sky high.

La Rocca, one of the tallest skyscrapers under construction in Brazil in 2024 – Itapema, SC

In Itapema, a charming seaside town of Santa Catarina, the construction is underway La Rocca, a 54-story, 201-meter-high building. This skyscraper promises to be one of the city's greatest landmarks, with high-end apartments, commercial areas and an exclusive rooftop observation deck 190 meters high, providing a 360º panoramic view of the city.

Currently, around 23% of the works have been completed, with delivery scheduled for December 2028. When completed, La Rocca will be among the tallest skyscrapers under construction in Brazil in 2024.

Dubai Tower – Rio Verde, GO

Inspired by Dubai's futuristic architecture, the Dubai Tower, with 210 meters and 51 floors, will be the tallest building in Goiás. Part of a multipurpose complex, it will have three residential towers and a commercial tower.

In addition to luxury apartments, the office tower will house a medical center, a bank, corporate offices and a panoramic restaurant at the top. Although information about the progress of the construction is limited, the project is already causing a stir due to its ambition and impact on the region.

Sapphire Tower – Balneario Camboriu, SC

At 215 meters high and 55 floors, the Sapphire Tower promises to be one of the ten tallest buildings in Brazil. Inspired by the precious stone sapphire, the skyscraper offers a sophisticated design and exclusive apartments, with only two units per floor.

The work is 30% complete, scheduled for completion in 2026. FG Empreendimentos, responsible for the project, is betting on this new colossus to further mark its presence in the competitive luxury market of Balneário Camboriú.

A Senna Tower is set to be the tallest residential building in the world. With an impressive 157 floors and over 500 meters high, this monumental project pays homage to the legendary driver Ayrton Senna.

With cutting-edge technologies, such as the tuned mass damping system (AD Dumper), this tower will be a global reference in engineering and safety. Construction is scheduled to officially begin in 2024, and Brazil will be the stage for this historic feat.

Niraj Tower – Rondonopolis, MT

The Brazilian Midwest also enters the race with the Niraj Tower, a 250-meter, 62-story skyscraper, the tallest in the region. This bold project includes 420 residential units, including triplexes and garden apartments, as well as a shopping mall with over 10.000 square meters of leasable area. The building is currently in the initial foundation phase, with completion scheduled for the next few years.

Titanium Tower – Balneario Camboriu, SC

With 238 meters and contemporary architecture, the Titanium Tower stands out for its glass facade and spacious apartments, up to 790 square meters. This building is part of the elite of tallest skyscrapers under construction in Brazil in 2024, integrating luxury and functionality in a privileged location facing the sea.

Boreal Tower – Balneario Camboriu, SC

O Boreal Tower is yet another giant that is helping to transform Balneário Camboriú into one of the country's skyscraper hubs. Standing 240 meters tall and with 63 floors, the tower offers apartments with ocean views and penthouses with private pools. The construction is already 71% complete, with delivery scheduled for soon, further consolidating the city's presence among high-end destinations.

W Tower Carrefour – Sao Paulo, SP

São Paulo also enters this dispute of giants with W Tower Carrefour, located in the southern part of the capital. This multipurpose complex will include the city's tallest corporate tower, 216 meters high, and a breathtaking viewpoint. The project is over 30% complete and promises to be a new icon in São Paulo's concrete jungle.

Vitra by Pininfarina completes the list of the tallest skyscrapers under construction in Brazil in 2024 – Balneário Camboriú, SC

Finally, the Vitra by Pininfarina is another highlight in Balneário Camboriú, bearing the signature of one of the most renowned design houses in the world. At 222 meters high and 64 floors, the building is 80% complete, with delivery scheduled for 2025. In addition to its sophisticated architecture, the project stands out for its exclusive services, including a spectacular rooftop with views of the city.

You forgot to mention that a 50-story building is being built in Curitiba, in the Bigorrilho region.

In Cuiabá, the Balbeck is being built, 183 meters and 50 floors.
