The Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul (TJ MS) Announces New Public Contest Announcement with Hundreds of Vacancies for Analysts and Technicians, Offering Salaries That Can Exceed R$ 7 Thousand.
The public contest announcement from the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul (TJ MS) was released on Tuesday (31), announcing the formation of a reserve list for 860 vacancies for candidates with higher education. As stipulated by law, the TJ MS contest reserves a minimum of 20% of the vacancies for black candidates, 5% for people with disabilities, and 3% for Indigenous candidates.

Participate in the TJ MS Public Contest
The registration period runs from 4 PM on February 5 until 4 PM on March 18 (local time). To compete, interested parties must register on the website of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). The participation fee is around R$ 150. The TJ MS contest is organized by FGV. Scheduled for May 12, in the capital, the objective test will consist of 60 multiple-choice questions in a maximum of three and a half hours. The syllabus includes Portuguese language, specific knowledge, and basic legislation. The TJ MS public contest will be valid for two years from the date of the final results’ homologation. The period may be extended once for an equal length of time at the discretion of the agency, as established in the announcement.
Benefits Offered by TJ MS
In addition to the basic salaries, those approved in the TJ MS contest will be entitled to the following benefits, according to the Tribunal’s legislation:
- Transportation Allowance: R$ 500.00;
- Periodic Medical Exams;
- Social Medical Assistance: R$ 1,300;
- Food Allowance: R$ 2,000.00;
- Pre-School Assistance: R$ 558.78.
It is worth noting that TJ MS is governed by two statutes, the State Servants Statute and the Judiciary Servants Statute. Thus, it also has progression based on length of service according to the state statute, with 10% in the first five years and 5% in subsequent periods.
