The Center for Distance Education and Training (CEAD) of the Federal Institute of Northern Minas Gerais (IFNMG) is offering 200 slots for distance learning (EaD) postgraduate courses in teaching in Professional and Technological Education and 300 slots for postgraduate studies in Public Management. The free specialization courses will be fully conducted online through the Open University of Brazil (UAB) system.

Teaching in EPT
This course has 40 slots per center. Taught at the centers in Almenara, Araçuaí, Januária, Porteirinha, and Teófilo Otoni, this course from the Federal Institute lasts 12 months and aims to train, especially in technical high school courses, stimulate the production and dissemination of knowledge about EPT as a field of study, promote Distance Education as an educational strategy, particularly in professional and technological education.

With a workload of 510 hours, this postgraduate course from the Federal Institute aims to qualify personnel with higher education for the exercise of managerial activities in public bodies or the third sector, or who have aspirations to hold public office.
Enrollment in Distance Learning Postgraduate Courses at IFNMG Remains Open Until July 15
Enrollment in the Federal Institute’s free courses is free, the slots are open to all, and the selection process will occur on a first-come, first-served basis, giving preference to the following order: federal network employees, state network employees, municipal network employees, and general competition.
The enrollment period for the distance learning postgraduate courses at IFNMG began last Friday (June 21) and continues until July 15. Those interested in enrolling must fill out an electronic form available on the Federal Institute’s website.
The enrollment form for the free courses must be completed using information such as email, full name, CPF, complete address, phone number, date of birth, in-person support center, last degree completed, among other details.
