Course and Selection Details
The course offered is focused on training in primary health care management in health networks and regions, a central theme to strengthen the Unified Health System (SUS).
The selected candidates will play a crucial role in developing students’ knowledge, collaborating with advisors and pedagogical support teams.
According to the announcement published on December 17, 2024, the selection process includes two rigorous phases: document analysis and virtual interview.
The first phase evaluates supporting documents, such as diplomas and professional experiences, while the second assesses creativity, argumentation, and potential contributions of candidates to the course.
The teaching tutors will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 2,500 for 13 months, covering the course and student certification activities.
This remuneration aims to attract qualified professionals, ensuring the high teaching standards required by Fiocruz.
Who Can Apply?
The minimum requirement for candidates is a degree in health-related fields. However, there are additional criteria that are determinative:
Certification of postgraduate education, either lato sensu or stricto sensu, in Public Health or Collective Health.
Proven experience in health service management and pedagogical or teaching activities.
Availability to dedicate 20 hours per week to course activities, which include classes, interactions with students, and ongoing training.
These requirements ensure that selected tutors have the appropriate technical and academic profile to provide quality support to students.

Activities and Benefits
In addition to remote work, tutors will participate in in-person meetings in Brasília, with travel costs and daily allowances covered by the project, except for residents of the Federal District.

The second phase, a virtual interview, evaluates competencies such as creativity, argumentation skills, and contributions to the course.
The final result will be announced on February 19, 2025, when the 20 effective teaching tutors and the 10 substitutes will be formally invited.
