Trabalhei por 24 anos na Sodexo…e sou muito grata por tudo… foram 20 anos dentro de uma só empresa…depois na pandemia fui trabalhar em outra empresa mais próximo da minha casa…teve altos e baixos…mas valeu a experiência…. hoje estou aposentada..
Já trabalhei nesta empresa em Itatiba! Infelizmente a gerente de lá me mandou embora com dois meses de trabalho porque deixei passar um ticket de um funcionário, mas neste dia ela me deixou extremamente nervosa porque se posicionou atrás de mim que estava servindo os funcionários… Neste mesmo dia me dispensou e falou o porquê, fiquei muito chateada porque trabalhei muito direito e fiz tudo que pedia, no verdade ela e a encarregada dela não fazia nada só mandavam mesmo. Bom saindo da Sodexo fui parar na Gran Sapore na empresa Valeo de Itatiba, fui muito bem recebida pela gerente Luciene jamais vou esquecê-la, me deu emprego e com o meu currículo que até então só trabalhei na parte administrativa das outras empresas ela me disse vc não vai ficar nessa função de ajudante geral mas aqui existe um hierarquia,pois bem lavei panelas, fiz limpeza no restaurante, servi funcionários, fiz saladas e tbm café e tbm ajudava na chapa. Resultado em dois meses passei de ajudante a estoquista e mais um mês eu passei pra encarregada administrativa. Depois de alguns meses minha gerente Luciene me chamou e disse vc tem uma ligação da Sodexo é a gerente atende… Atendi e escutei mesma gerente que me mandou embora me oferecendo um trabalho pelo o dobro que estava ganhando na Gran Sapore… resultado agradeci e disse pra gerente que ela não me deu valor nenhum e onde eu estava isso aconteceu muito rápido. Bom então acho bom vcs da Sodexo vê quem realmente sabe mandar ou não.
