Experience in leading teams responsible for static tests, such as visual inspection, functional tests, measurement of unevenness, spacing, and torque, as well as dynamic tests including noise analysis, drivability, comfort, and functional performance, is also necessary.
The candidate must possess knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, as well as skills in data analysis and application of tools such as 5S, 8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, and 6 Sigma.

Logistics Supervisor
Requirements Required by BYD: Completed higher education in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields, plus solid experience in managing people and logistics processes.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, transportation, and distribution is necessary.
Advanced English for reading, writing, comprehension, and conversation will be a plus, as well as communication skills for daily reports to China, explaining the technical points of the teams in Brazil.
