The competition offers 13 positions for professionals with higher education in various fields, including health, engineering, administration, and social communication.

The starting salary is R$ 9,070.60, and the approved candidates will work in administrative, technical, and operational roles.

The positions are intended for professionals who wish to serve in the Navy temporarily, for a period of up to eight years.

The approved candidates will enter as Midshipmen, with promotion to Second Lieutenant after six months and to Captain Lieutenant over time, depending on performance.

Who Can Participate?

According to the announcement, interested candidates need to meet some requirements:

Be a natural-born Brazilian;
Be between 18 and less than 41 years old by the incorporation date;
Hold a higher education degree in the area of interest;
Be up to date with civil and military obligations;
Not have a criminal record.

The contest also requires that candidates be physically and mentally fit for the position. The fitness assessment is part of the selection process, which includes multiple eliminatory stages.

The Stages Of The Selection Process

According to the Navy, the selection process will comprise seven distinct stages:

Objective Test: Scheduled for February 23, 2025, the test will consist of 40 questions in Portuguese, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature;

Title Examination: Evaluation of the candidates’ academic and professional experience;

Verification of Biographical Data: Detailed analysis of the candidate’s history;

Health Inspection: Mandatory medical exams;

Physical Fitness Test: Includes activities such as running and swimming;

Document Verification: Checking the documents required in the announcement;

Assignment for Incorporation: Final selection for admission to the training course.
