The professional selected by SESI will be responsible for attending to and guiding internal and external clients and suppliers.

Among the activities to be performed are organizing and controlling the schedules of management and technical areas, as well as classifying and organizing packages, documents, correspondence, and various materials.

The role also includes assisting in the issuance of correspondence and documents according to established standards and helping maintain data and information relevant to the area of expertise.

Moreover, the Technical Assistant I will participate in the preparation, execution, control, and updating of the area’s processes and will assist in the control of stock materials.

To meet these demands, it is desirable that the candidate has knowledge in Office Suite or Computer Systems and demonstrates skills such as service excellence, teamwork, analytical ability, communication, and planning.
