Localiza, one of the most well-known and successful vehicle rental companies in Brazil, has opened applications for its 2023 Trainee program. The Localiza corporate trainee program is now in its fourth edition, and this time it accepts graduates who completed their degrees between 2020 and 2022. It does not matter whether the students completed a bachelor’s degree or a teaching degree; participation in the program will be accepted in either case.

The aim of the program is to educate participants on how to deal with the challenges that arise when operating a mobility business and how to assume strategic roles within the organization in areas such as vehicle rental, fleet management, operations, and app drivers.

Localiza Rent a Car, or simply Localiza, is the most recognized store network in Brazil when it comes to car rentals. It has locations in the most important cities and airports in Brazil, as well as in several other countries in Latin America, such as Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, and Ecuador.

The hybrid work model will be utilized by candidates who successfully complete the 2023 Localiza Trainee program. The in-person portion will last two days and will take place in the city of Belo Horizonte, in Minas Gerais.

What Will the Selection Process Be Like for the Localiza Trainee Program 2023

All procedures for filling the Localiza Trainee positions will be conducted online and will consist of the following phases:

Online test applications
Challenges related to developing new business solutions
Participation in group dynamics
Interviews with members of Localiza’s management and leadership team

If the candidate resides more than 100 kilometers from Belo Horizonte, they can still participate, as Localiza will not only assist with relocation but will also cover the travel expenses for the first month of rent if selected. Localiza will also handle the entire visa application process for the applicant if they are a citizen of Argentina, as they are also eligible to participate.

How the Localiza Trainee Program 2023 Will Be Developed

Selected candidates will build two practical projects during the course of the program. Each project will consist of identifying a problem and finding a solution for it. Throughout the development process, participants will be supported by corporate executives.

In addition to receiving training in technical and behavioral skills, participants will also be accompanied by a Localiza People team throughout the program, and they will be guided by the company’s top leadership at various points.

How to Apply for the Localiza Trainee Program 2023?

The program is aimed at graduates between 2020 and 2022 in any field of study, whether undergraduate or bachelor’s degree. As a basic prerequisite, the company asks that interested individuals have acceptable knowledge of the Office Suite, as well as being willing to reside in Belo Horizonte – MG if selected.
