Understand How the UISA Trainee Program 2024 Works
The program, which will last for 15 months, offers a unique opportunity for participants to dive into the company’s operations, interact with the Company Executives, and undergo job rotation to acquire new skills and competencies.
During the program period, trainees will go through behavioral and technical training, contributing significantly to their professional development.

Program Requirements and Benefits
To participate in the UISA Trainee, it is necessary to have completed graduation between July 2022 and July 2024.
Candidates must demonstrate availability to work in person in Nova Olímpia (MT) or São Paulo (SP), working a 44-hour weekly schedule.
