The Project Showed That The Honda Was Not Just Restored, But Completely Reinvented. Every Failure, Break, And Correction Was Part Of A Real Technical Process That Transformed Scrap Into A Unique, Functional, And Aesthetic Machine At The Same Time.

From Scrap To The Start Of The Project

The Honda Used In The Project Arrived In Critical Condition, With Compromised Structure, Misaligned Parts, And No Visual Or Functional Appeal.

Nothing Was Preserved Out Of Original Attachment, Only What Could Be Structurally Repurposed.

The Base Of The Project Started With The Chassis, Which Needed To Be Cut, Repositioned, And Welded Several Times.

The Honda Went Through Constant Measurements Of Angle, Alignment, And Height, Highlighting The Front Fork, Adjusted Manually Until Reaching About 15 Degrees, Completely Altering The Motorcycle’s Geometry.

The Entire Process Was Done By Hand, Without Industrial Templates.

The Welds Were Redone Several Times, Especially After Fit Tests Revealed Misalignments Or Ergonomic Issues.

At Several Points, Ready Parts Had To Be Discarded For Not Meeting The Imagined Design.

The Project Embraced Mistakes As Part Of The Journey.

Components Broke During Adjustments, Supports Proved To Be Fragile, And Improvised Solutions Had To Be Abandoned.

The Honda Evolved Through Successive Cycles Of Assembly, Disassembly, And Correction.

Even After Falls And Accidental Impacts, The New Dashboard Withstood, Reinforcing The Project’s Logic Of Testing Everything In Practice.

Painting, Finishing, And Final Details

After Structural Assembly, The Honda Was Completely Disassembled For Painting.

Parts Were Washed, Dried, And Tested With Different Paints Until The Desired Result Was Achieved.

Some Colors Were Rejected After Application, Requiring Complete Repainting.

Visible Screws Were Replaced By Rivets, Including The Creation Of An Artisanal Tool To Change The Shape And Hide Apparent Fixations.

Nothing Was Left To Chance, Not Even The Final Stickers, Applied Only After The Completion Of All Mechanical Work.
