An Amazing SUV With Great Engine And Fuel Economy, But That Many Brazilians Overlook. Understand Why The Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011 Is An Option You Should Consider When Choosing Your Next Car.

When thinking of SUVs, Brazilians usually recall models like the CR-V, Captiva, Sportage, or Tucson. But there is one car that tends to be overlooked despite being a great option in the market: the Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011. This model, from the third generation produced from 2006 to 2012, offers incredible cost-benefit and perfectly meets the needs of Brazilian families.

This SUV is not “depreciated” or “bad-mouthed”. The problem is that, when it comes time to buy, it is often forgotten while other brands dominate the choices. Let’s understand why the Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011 deserves more attention.

Technical Details That Impress In The Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011

Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4x2 2011

For those who appreciate specifications, the Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011 measures 4.62 meters in length and 1.81 meters in width. This means it is a medium SUV, with a size that delivers robustness without sacrificing ease when parking or driving in the city. The height of 1.72 meters, with independent suspension on all four wheels, provides a high driving position that many love.

Engine

In terms of engine and fuel consumption, the RAV4 comes equipped with a 2.4 engine with 170 horsepower and 22.8 kgfm of torque. This means that, even being a medium SUV, it responds very well to the pedal, delivering excellent performance, especially in the city. The four-speed automatic transmission may seem simple by today’s standards, but it offers reliable and robust performance that has proven its worth over the years.

Is The Consumption Fair?

A point that always weighs in the buying decision is fuel consumption. Here, the Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011 does not disappoint as much as one might think. In the city, with the air conditioning on, the consumption ranges from 7.5 to 8.5 km/l, which is not to be dismissed for an SUV of these dimensions. On the highway, the number improves significantly, reaching 12 km/l. For a car weighing 1,500 kg, this consumption is within expectations and proves to be quite efficient.

Comfort And Internal Space

Now, what really makes the Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011 stand out is its comfort and internal space. The trunk has 540 liters, which is enough to accommodate a family’s luggage on a long trip without difficulties. Additionally, the rear seats can be folded down, further increasing space for those needing to transport larger items.

Another interesting detail is the finish quality. Although many internal components are made of hard plastic, durability and quietness when driving are hallmarks of Toyota. The sound insulation is very well done, providing a smooth ride even on bumpier roads.

An SUV That Deserves More Attention

With everything we’ve discussed, it’s hard to understand why the Toyota Rav4 2.4 16v 4×2 2011 is so overlooked in the Brazilian market. Perhaps it’s because the public tends to cling to more famous names like the CR-V or Tucson, but the truth is that the RAV4 offers an unbeatable combination of price, comfort, and durability.

For about 50 thousand reais, according to the iCarros portal, you can acquire a spacious, comfortable SUV with excellent performance, whether in the city or on the highway. The reputation for reliability of Toyota engines is not by chance: the 2.4 engine is practically “unbreakable” if well maintained, easily able to go over 500 thousand km without major issues.
