Goal for This Year Includes the Opening of Up to 12 New Fuel Stations in the Northeast, Focusing on Petroleum Derivatives and Service to Truck Drivers.
The Dislub Equador Group, one of the leading names when it comes to petroleum derivatives in the Northeast, Midwest, and North, is increasing its presence in the competitive fuel station market. Classified as the fifth largest distributor of petroleum derivatives in Brazil, the company is planning to open up to 12 new fuel stations in the Northeast this year.
“Our focus is on strategic and sustainable expansion, mainly in the Northeast and Midwest. We want to grow both through new fuel stations and by serving large consumers, especially in states where we already have a strong presence,” says Ilmar Pontual, regional commercial manager of the group.
Investing in Brand Upgrade
This year has already seen the inauguration of six new fuel stations in the state of Pernambuco, all focused on high-quality petroleum derivatives. According to Pontual, these stations are largely conversions of already existing units, whether from other brands or independent stations. “We are also heavily investing in updating the visual identity of our older stations, aligned with our new award-winning brand,” adds Ilmar.

The new visual identity comes with efficient products from the Duramais line, which are increasing the company’s share in the petroleum derivatives market. This product line promises to reduce fuel consumption by up to 10% and decrease pollutant emissions by up to 50%.
Specialized Stations for Truck Drivers
One of the major strategic moves by the Dislub Equador Group is the opening of a fuel station at the Port of Suape, aimed exclusively at the approximately 25,000 truck drivers who pass through the location every month. Operating 24 hours a day, the station offers high-flow diesel pumps, ensuring quick and efficient fueling for truck drivers.
The Dislub Equador Group is not only expanding in the petroleum derivatives and fuel station segment. One of the new developments for the Northeast is the launch of the convenience store brand Convém. The first unit was inaugurated with an area of over 200 square meters of sales space, offering a range of products from grocery items to beverages, providing a complete consumption experience for customers.
