• Main Responsibilities: Operate bagasse machines, performing the feeding of the bagasse dosing conveyor, movement, compaction, and distribution of bagasse in the yard, loading and unloading of bagasse; Maintain and preserve the good operating conditions of the machine, conduct periodic inspections, follow lubrication, cleaning, fueling, and review routes, assist in machine maintenance by supporting the workshop mechanics; Safely handle bagasse in the pile, following safety procedures.

Job Opening for Environmental Technician – Pereira Barreto, São Paulo           

• Prerequisites: Completed Technical Course in Environmental Studies; Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); CNH B; Knowledge of environmental legislation and licensing; Environmental inspections; Basic knowledge of reforestation; Excellent oral and written communication; Proactivity and agility in problem-solving and conflict resolution; Ability to handle various demands, managing multiple tasks and priorities; Availability to reside in Pereira Barreto, Ilha Solteira, or Sud Mennucci.
• Main Responsibilities: Conduct environmental inspections using checklists, filling out reports and indicators for the area, aiming for correct reporting and control of information; Assist in implementing and monitoring the company’s programs and procedures, disseminating necessary information to support areas; Conduct surveys and evaluations of environmental aspects and impacts in agricultural and industrial areas; Ensure compliance with environmental conditions in the field, in order to meet current legal requirements, supporting the processes of request and renewal of licenses with environmental agencies (SMA, CETESB, IBAMA, DAEE, ANA, Civil Police, Army, and Environmental Police); Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary guidance and demonstrations regarding documents/environmental matters, aiming for the development and continuous improvement of the management system.

Job Opening for Development Internship in Pereira Barreto, São Paulo       

• Prerequisites: The applicant must be pursuing a degree or technical course in the evening; Must have up to two years before graduation in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields, or up to one and a half years before graduation in Technical Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; Basic Office Suite knowledge; Availability to intern six hours a day; Willingness to reside in Pereira Barreto, Sud Mennucci, and Ilha Solteira).
