During this time, approved and classified candidates will form a reserve bank for future vacancies that may arise.

Preparation for the Tests

Candidates should be prepared for the tests, which will be divided into three phases. The objective test evaluates general and specific knowledge of the area, while the essay test requires a more detailed response on topics related to the position.

The practical test will be conducted according to the type of specialty for which the candidate has registered, testing specific practical skills.

To apply for the positions offered in the competition, interested individuals must have a bachelor’s degree in the specific area of the corresponding announcement and be registered with the professional council.

Each specialty requires relevant technical and academic knowledge, reflected in the objective and essay tests. It is important for candidates to review the content related to their area of expertise and prepare adequately to meet the competition’s requirements.

USP Selection Process

The selection process consists of different stages to ensure that candidates are evaluated comprehensively.

The objective test will assess general and specific knowledge, while the essay test will require a deeper analysis of topics related to the position.

The practical test, which is specific to each specialty, will evaluate candidates’ technical skills. The combination of these tests will allow for a rigorous and fair selection for the available positions.

Next Steps

After the tests are conducted, candidates will need to wait for the announcement of results and the call for the next phases of the competition.

The list of qualified candidates will be published according to the schedule established by FUVEST, and successful candidates will be invited for hire based on USP’s needs.

It is essential for candidates to follow official announcements and prepare for any additional steps in the selection process.
