Team coordination, prioritizing tasks with a focus on safety and productivity.
Management of preventive and corrective plans, failure analysis, and action plan development.
Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) and budget control for maintenance.
Participation in investments (CAPEX), supplier development, and inventory optimization for parts.
Use of SAP software and reading technical drawings and industrial manuals.

Prior experience in the cement industry is highly valued, as well as experience in inventory management, technical training, and standardization of procedures.
