The application fee is R$ 44.00, and there is no possibility of fee exemption.
To apply, candidates must have completed high school and have at least six months of experience in the reception area.
The position offers a salary of R$ 1,860.63, with a workload of 150 hours per month.
The work schedule may vary between daytime, nighttime, mixed shifts, with rotation or on-call service, depending on Funcamp’s needs.
About the Hiring
The initial contract will be established under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) with a probation period of up to ninety days.
If the new employee’s performance is positively assessed during this period, the contract will be extended indefinitely. This measure aims to ensure that the Foundation hires qualified professionals who match its needs.
Stages of the Selection Process
The selection process at Funcamp will be conducted in several stages, as follows:
- Registration Confirmation: This stage is eliminatory and Checks whether candidates meet all requirements to participate in the process.
- Written Exam: Also eliminatory and classificatory, the exam may contain multiple-choice questions and/or essays. Details about the format and execution of the exam will be announced by Funcamp and may be in-person or online.

- Interview: The final stage is classificatory and consists of an interview, where the candidate’s knowledge and ability for the Receptionist position will be evaluated.
The selection process is valid for one year from the date of publication of the announcement, and may be extended for another year at the discretion of the Executive Director of Funcamp.
