Requirements set by Syngenta: To have an understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods, with experience in agile development methodologies.

Additionally, having advanced English is essential, and experience with technology-based workloads, whether in development teams or business analysis, is a plus.

Regional Sales Manager

Requirements set by Syngenta: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering. Moreover, solid experience in the Commercial and/or Marketing area is required, with proven involvement with corn seeds.

The company seeks a professional with good adaptability and strong analytical skills.

It is also essential to have proven experience in people management, with at least 3 years of experience, as well as familiarity with Franchise and Commercial Representation models.

Requirements set by Syngenta: Previous experience in Import and Export, preferably in the Agrochemical sector, and in the operation of the Special Customs Regime Drawback, with specific knowledge of the modalities Suspension, Exemption, and change in the Intermediate modality.

The candidate must have knowledge of current legislation and a university degree, preferably in Foreign Trade or International Relations.

Other related fields, such as Technologist in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and Engineering, are also accepted.

Job Location: São Paulo, São Paulo.

Young Apprentice

Requirements set by Syngenta: Completed high school or currently attending.

Must be between 17 and 22 years old and reside in Holambra or nearby cities, such as Artur Nogueira or Cosmópolis.

Additionally, the candidate must be available to work full-time.
