Storekeeper – Macaé/RJ

REQUIREMENTS:
° High school diploma and/or technical industrial training
° Proven experience in supply activities in the industrial area
° Computer skills [Office Suite].

ACTIVITIES:
° Research, identify and request materials, equipment, and tools stored in warehouses, through computerized systems;
° Sanitize materials that are on board or at the base and not registered in onboard or land inventories;
° Conduct inventory and stock balance assessments, reports, and warehouse sanitization;
° Maintain physi-accounting control of all materials in the rigs’ warehouse.

Integrated Maintenance Planner (Offshore)

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical training in mechanical, electrical, electrotechnical, instrumentation, electronics, electromechanical, or mechatronics;
Registration with CREA;
Proven experience in maintenance planning of rig equipment and/or in executing preventive industrial maintenance,
corrective equipment maintenance and/or industrial maintenance planning;
Computer skills [Office Suite]

ACTIVITIES:
° Plan maintenance in SAP/R3
° Know and use the platform management system [APLAT], draft service planning, plan and request Work Permits [PT],
control shifts of boarding/disembarking/rest/vacation for people, predict onboard occupancy/vacancies, generate reports and use other functionalities of the system;
° Program material boarding;
° Organize/maintain the technical archive of rig equipment.

Boilermaker/Welder – Macaé/RJ

REQUIREMENTS:
° High school diploma;
° Proven experience in boilermaking or welding offshore/onshore;
° Qualification in a welding course with coated electrode in the 6g position, minimum 9mm.

ACTIVITIES:
° Execute maintenance services in boilermaking and welding on piping and structures, manufacturing lines and small structures that do not require inspection or tests;
° Fabricate, repair, and install parts and various elements in piping, plates, and carbon steel profiles;
° Cut and join metal pieces using cutting and welding processes with coated electrode, TIG, and gouging, for removal, manufacturing, and installation of small structures, various components, and carbon steel piping lines.

Base Representative – Macaé/RJ

Requirements:
° Mechanical engineer;
° Registration with CREA;
° Proven experience in onshore or offshore industrial maintenance;
° Knowledge in planning and scheduling maintenance services; predictive,
corrective and preventive maintenance techniques; maintenance and operation of rigs.

ACTIVITIES:
° Guide the maintenance/preservation/cleaning work team;
° Be responsible for the safekeeping and management of tools and consumables associated with the team, and for signing the RDO on behalf of the company;
° Participate in critical analysis meetings when summoned by the inspection, understanding the targets and results of the rig and suggesting improvement actions in their work area;
° Report to the inspection any anomalies affecting the rig’s integrity and personnel safety, the environment, health, quality, and compliance with legal requirements and certifications, aiming for the treatment and issuance of the anomaly treatment report [RTA] if applicable.

° Assist in installing or install, assemble, and repair electrical equipment temporarily added to the unit in special operations;

° Perform maintenance on equipment operating in both classified and unclassified areas, such as, high, medium, and low voltage panels and electric motors.
