Competitive Salaries and Flexible Shifts
The competition offers 24 positions for regulatory physicians. Each shift, lasting 12 hours, pays professionals R$ 1,451.52, which requires them to complete two shifts per week. Additionally, 16 positions are open for medical regulation auxiliary technicians and 8 for fleet operators. For both, the salary is R$ 2,720.45, with a workload of 12×36 hours.
Candidates can choose to apply online or in person. On the other hand, those who prefer direct assistance must go to the Cistrisul headquarters, located in the Boa Vista neighborhood in Uberaba. Specific Requirements for Each Position
Each position has distinct requirements aimed at ensuring the qualification of candidates. For example, for the positions of medical regulation auxiliary technician, a technical course in Nursing is required, in addition to six months of experience in pre-hospital treatment or urgency and emergency. Furthermore, it is essential to present certification in an urgency course with a minimum of 20 hours, and basic computer knowledge.
For regulatory physicians, in addition to a medical degree, it is essential to have active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) and training in advanced life support in cardiology. Moreover, two years of experience in urgency and emergency becomes a significant differential, as the routine demands specific skills.
Fleet operators also need to have a degree in Nursing and prove six months of experience in pre-hospital treatment. This way, the selection of qualified professionals contributes to excellence in Samu’s service.
