Available Courses and Spots
The partnership between Vale and Senai in Rio de Janeiro is offering 50 spots, with 25 for each of the courses offered: Digital Marketing Assistant and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The target audience is residents of Mangaratiba, and classes will take place in person, from Monday to Friday, at the Coronel Moreira da Silva Municipal School.
For the Digital Marketing Assistant course, participants will learn how to develop effective strategies, plan campaigns, and create content for social media, as well as understand user behavior on the internet. The Entrepreneurship and Innovation course will focus on developing entrepreneurial spirit, with an emphasis on innovation and creativity. Students will work on projects that encourage the use of these concepts in the job market.
According to official information, there is no direct hiring link with Vale after course completion. According to the company, the goal is to prepare residents for the job market, providing training that helps them to be included in job openings that may arise in the future.
Application Requirements
To participate in the Digital Marketing Assistant course, it is necessary to:
- Be over 18 years old;
- Be at least in the 1st year of high school;
- Be a resident of Mangaratiba.
For the Entrepreneurship and Innovation course, the requirements include:
- Have completed at least the 7th grade of elementary school;
- Be a resident of Mangaratiba.
In addition to these criteria, candidates must attend the registration location with the required documents. The list of documents includes:
- Official identification document with photo (ID or driver’s license);
- Tax Identification Number (CPF);
- Proof of residence;
- Proof of education;
- Valid personal email.
If the candidate is a person with disabilities (PWD), it will be necessary to present an updated medical report for inclusion according to current legislation. According to Law 13.146/15, being characterized as a PWD does not guarantee a reservation of spots, just inclusion in the process.
Where and When to Register?
Registrations are in-person and must be made by September 18. The registration location is at Rua Nilo Peçanha, 162, in Mangaratiba. Hurry, as the deadline is approaching! Classes are expected to start on September 30, with hours from 6 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday.
