Vivo Is Opening a New Selection Process, Offering Hundreds of New Positions Without Experience for Candidates from 16 Municipalities in Brazil.
Vivo, one of the largest telecommunications companies in Brazil, is starting the year with the opening of hundreds of job vacancies for its Internship Program. The positions without experience from the selection process will take place in 16 municipalities across the country, in several states. Applications can be submitted until January 6, focusing on university students from various sectors and locations. In total, there are 400 internship positions, with half of the positions without experience aimed at self-declared black students.

Interns will have the chance to join VIVO’s teams in technology and digital sectors, finance, marketing and products, engineering, sales and business, customer experience, sustainability, human resources, auditing, and legal.
The opportunities are for the following locations in Brazil: São Paulo, Barueri, and Campinas in the state of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Belém (PA), Belo Horizonte (MG), Recife (PE), Salvador (BA), Manaus (AM), Florianópolis (SC), Brasília (DF), and Maceió (AL). VIVO is looking for students expected to graduate from higher education between December 2024 and December 2025. Technologists are eligible if they expect to graduate in the second semester of 2023. The selection process will consist of Applications and Tests, Vivo Challenge (which will be done virtually, so the company can have an initial contact with the candidate), DGO, a virtual evaluation phase with participation from VIVO managers (in which there will be a case to be developed and evaluated), Interviews (the candidate will be interviewed by a manager so both parties can get to know each other better, understand motivations, among others), and Admission, the hiring process for approved candidates.
