Mechanic (Exclusive PWD)
Requirements Set by VLI Logistics: Must have completed high school and have completed a mechanic course or a similar course. Additionally, it is essential to be available to work on different shifts and schedules.
No prior experience is required for this position, but it is necessary to reside in Santos or nearby cities. For individuals with disabilities, it is mandatory to present the updated PWD report or the INSS rehabilitation certificate. The application deadline is March 31, 2025.

Occupational Doctor
Requirements Set by VLI Logistics: must have a completed degree in Medicine, as well as a specialization in Occupational Medicine. Experience in the field of Occupational Medicine is also required.
Candidates need to be available for occasional travel and for a workload of 30 hours per week. Residency in Ipatinga/MG or willingness to relocate is mandatory. Applications are open until April 1, 2025.

Composition Assistant (Exclusive PWD)
Requirements Set by VLI Logistics: completed high school, in addition to basic knowledge of the Office Suite. Candidates must be available to work on a 4×4 rotating shift schedule.

Locomotive Engineer
Requirements Set by VLI Logistics: Candidates must have completed high school, knowledge of railway operations, and preferably experience as a yard engineer.
Availability to work on a 4×4 shift schedule is mandatory. Interested applicants must reside in Vitória or nearby cities, or be willing to relocate to the region. The application deadline is March 27, 2025.

Permanent Way Patrol
Requirements Set by VLI Logistics: completed high school and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the railway sector.
Candidates must reside in Paulínia, Campinas, Hortolândia, Sumaré, or the metropolitan region of Paulínia. Applications for this position will be open until April 19, 2025.
