VLI Logística, a company that offers logistics solutions that integrate ports, railways, and terminals, is calling for professionals for its railway department and for the mechanical maintenance sector.

For the Railway Sector

Supervisor or Supervisora of PCM – Location: Railway of Montes Claros – MG)

Responsibilities/Experiences:

  • Care for and develop the professionals in the planning and scheduling team. Implement FMDS for managing the planning and scheduling activities of rolling stock maintenance.
  • Coordinate the productivity schedules of the corridor.
  • Manage the fleet regarding backlog, execution of the PDMF, and allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate the planning routines such as D+1, S+1, M+1, and develop the 52-week map.
  • Ensure appropriation of materials and services while maintaining adherence to corporate systems.
  • Coordinate loss analyses in planning indicators such as DF, Locos and wagons plan, and retention.
  • Manage the costs of the maintenance package.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, desirable postgraduate degree in railway/multimodal engineering

For the Mechanical Sector

Maintenance Operator via Permanent I (Location: São Luís – MA)

  • Education: Completed High School.
  • Experience: Experience in Permanent Way maintenance.
  • Responsibilities: Work with corrective and preventive maintenance of Permanent Way, manage tools, interface with clients and other companies.

Mechanic II (Location: Guará – SP)

  • Job Description: Preventive, corrective, predictive, and sensitive inspections on machines and equipment; Execute mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities including hydraulic and pneumatic components, occasionally perform other services such as welding, electrical work, machining, and operation of lathes; carry out all activities of mechanic I.
  • Requirements: Education – Completed High School, required qualification course in the mechanical area, desirable technical course, proven experience with industrial or equipment maintenance.

Technician in Mechanics (Location: Barra dos Coqueiros – SE)

  • Education: Technical Course in Mechanics or Electromechanics (completed).
  • Experience: Experience in corrective mechanical maintenance, predictive and failure inspections and analyses.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing inspection plans and supporting the planning activity of the area, including developing material specifications, aiming for the availability and integrity of equipment and facilities to ensure operational safety and reliability.
  • Execute daily inspection plans and closures. Diagnose, guide, execute, monitor, and establish control parameters.
  • Check corrective reports, analyze predictive and lubrication reports, as well as make inspection reports. Participate in failure analysis.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance (open notes, size resources, plan, treat, issue work orders and suggest revisions of the inspection and maintenance plan).
  • Develop, update, suggest, and make specifications for equipment, materials, and operational improvements.
