Agile Processes, Digital Ecosystem and Ready-to-Operate Delivery
In July 2025, the Brazilian construction sector welcomed We Are Group (WAG). The company was born with the goal of changing the traditional logic of construction. Therefore, it adopts a model that combines technology, predictability, and excellence in execution from the first contact to final delivery.
From the beginning, WAG structured its operations to deliver more than just physical spaces. The company orchestrates complete experiences, with environments already ready for operation, bringing together aesthetics, agility, technical precision, and quality at all stages.
People, Processes, and Technology-Based Model
WAG ensures that construction and operation go hand in hand. To achieve this, it acts as a “boutique construction firm with a digital DNA”, eliminating noise, anticipating solutions, and generating value at every stage of the project.

Additionally, agile methodologies, Lean Construction, and collaborative planning support the work. The company also utilizes a proprietary digital ecosystem, which integrates ERP, CRM, dashboards, and its own app, allowing clients to track progress with clarity and confidence.
Its focus is on high-end corporate environments, premium retail, hospitality, and technical areas, segments that demand precision and constant pace.
Leadership Reinforcement with Daniela Lopes
In August 2025, WAG announced the arrival of Daniela Lopes as Commercial Director. With 22 years of experience in the sector, she is an expert in Corporate Interior Architecture Project Management and Space Planning.
Daniela has worked in companies like LAR Construtora, One Office, Saeng Engenharia, ISG, and Sempre Engenharia. Throughout her career, she has stood out for her ability to align technical vision and business strategy, connecting client, project, and execution.
According to the executive, trust in the sector begins even before the contract, making it essential to present clear and viable solutions from the first contact.

Founders with a History of Transformation
WAG is led by Maria Angela Polo and Carina Litholdo, both with remarkable careers in large-scale corporate projects.
Maria Angela, the current CEO, has led high-end projects in companies like TRIO Engenharia + Arquitetura, Bortolini Group, and Rocha Andrade Arquitetura, serving clients such as Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, and Globosat. Her purpose is to expand female leadership and bring innovation to a historically male-dominated sector.
Carina Litholdo, co-founder and CMO, has been trained at MIT Sloan School of Management and Singularity University. She advocates for an approach that combines digitalization and humanization to ensure a differentiated customer experience.
For Carina, the goal is to deliver projects that inspire and build legacies, always uniting people, processes, and technology.
A New Era for Construction
WAG emerges as a response to recurring challenges in the market, such as lack of transparency, delays, and misalignment between speech and delivery.
According to Maria Angela, the environments created by the company are vibrant and ready to operate, ensuring clients safety, quality, and predictability.
With structured processes, a multidisciplinary team, and cutting-edge technology, WAG aims to establish itself as a reference in the sector within the first few years of operation.
