The Tugboat Division of Wilson Sons Is Selecting a Professional to Serve One of Its 23 Vessels Operating in Brazilian Waters

The Wilson Sons group, through its tugboat subsidiary, Ultratug Offshore, just announced this Tuesday afternoon (05/28) on its social media the opening of a selection process to hire a qualified professional to work as a Radio Operator, aiming to meet contracts for its vessels.
Before reading about the prerequisites and qualifications for the position, learn a little about this great company that has been in the market for 180 years.

Wilson Sons Ultratug Offshore operates in the segment of maritime support for oil and gas exploration and production platforms with a fleet of 23 PSV (Platform Supply Vessel) ships.
It has one of the largest and most modern fleets flying the Brazilian flag, mostly built at the Wilson Sons Group shipyard.

The vessels are designed to operate in support of the logistics of supplying various products and materials between the operational bases and offshore platforms along the entire Brazilian coast.

  • Prerequisites: Previous experience in the role and valid certificates
  • Mandatory Certificates/Courses: GMDSS, CBSP, Anatel License, and Yellow Fever Vaccine
