Bosch Rexroth will offer free online courses on retrofitting and modernization of machines, maintenance techniques, proportional valves and much more!

World market leader in drive and control technologies, Bosch Rexroth holds, from February 14 to 18, the 2nd Edition of Rexroth Engineering Week, which features a free series of online classes on processes and technologies that are transforming the industry and agriculture. The technical event, organized by the company's training area, will have an opening lecture and eight live masterclasses taught by 16 specialists, in addition to real-time interactions between participants and the issuance of a certificate at the end of the week.

In this 2nd edition, Bosch Rexroth will bring useful and relevant content to industry and field professionals, as well as teachers and students from technical schools and universities in order to help them with their daily challenges, in addition to raising the level of knowledge segment technician.

Among the subjects that will be addressed are: retrofit and modernization of machines, maintenance techniques, proportional valves, programming of electrohydraulic applications and decision making based on data monitoring.

To ensure that the themes of the 2nd Engineering Week are directly linked to the real needs of professionals, the subjects were defined based on a mapping of the suggestions sent by the participants of the first edition of the meeting, in 2020, which connected more than 2,5 professionals and added 12 hours of live broadcasts. The programming was designed in order to deepen both the important concepts for the performance of professional activities and to show the practical application through simulations and real case studies.

10h - Decision making based on data monitoring: How to create and configure a monitoring system, interface between internet of things systems, acquisition, storage and interpretation of data that can bring effective results to the company.

15h - Programming mobile electrohydraulic applications: Introduction to electronics, solenoid control methods, electronics of hydraulics and how to program the speed control of an engine with mobile automation.

February 16

10h - Adjustments of hydraulic systems for high performance in the field: Evaluation and diagnosis of failures, how to adjust open center systems and load sensing, selection and adjustments of components and care for installation and maintenance of equipment.

19h - Proportional valves, from application to maintenance: Proportional hydraulics, electronic charts, valve adjustments and analysis of interference in systems. Practical applications according to models and control types.

February 17

10h - IInterpretation of industrial hydraulic diagrams: Graphic symbology and constructive analysis, key elements of hydraulic systems and understanding of schematic representation. Tips for the correct specification of components.

15h - Indradrive servo drives: parameterization and error analysis: Concepts of servo drives, commissioning, starting, configuration, parameterization software and tools for analysis and failure treatment.

February 18

10h - Maintenance techniques applied to hydraulic systems: Corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, analysis of the functioning of hydraulic circuits, typical failures and probable causes, sensorization, monitoring and analysis of problems based on real cases.
